Delete your Baseiron account
You can delete your Baseiron account and its data at any time, from the app or from this page, without reinstalling the app.
In the app
- Open Baseiron and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Baseiron account deletion”. To protect your account we will confirm the request from that address before deleting.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in record, profile and body data, workouts, cardio sessions, progression and 1RM entries synced to our servers. Export your data first if you want a copy (Settings → Backup, JSON and CSV). Data saved only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
What may be kept, and for how long
We delete your data from our live systems within 30 days of your request; copies in backups are overwritten within a further 90 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires (such as purchase and tax records, generally up to 7 years) or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are kept under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. A Lifetime purchase is not refunded on deletion. Cancel in your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions).
